EBS is a new plastic lubricant developed in recent years. It is widely used in the molding and processing of PVC products, ABS, high impact polystyrene, polyolefin, rubber, and plastic products.Compared with traditional lubricants such as paraffin wax, Polyethylene Wax, and stearates, it not only has good external lubrication, but also has good internal lubrication.This improves the fluidity and mold release of the melt-separated plastic in the plastic molding process, thereby increasing the plastic processing yield, reducing energy consumption, and enabling the product to obtain extremely high surface finish and smoothness.

(1) In many thermoplastic and thermosetting plastics as internal and external lubricants, the most representative such as ABS, PS, PVC, PA, can also be used in polyolefin, PC, POM, PBT, phenolic resin, etc. Adding 0.5 ~ 2% EBS can improve the melting index of resin, improve the fluidity of materials, improve the product finish, release property.

(2) As the pigment of plastic masterbatch, filler dispersant, such as polyolefin, ABS, PS masterbatch, engineering plastic masterbatch. It can also be used as diffuser powder for plastic color matching. Depending on the amount of pigment filler added, the additive amount is 0.5 ~ 5%.

(3) Other applications: in rubber/elastomer, used as anti-stick agent, dispersant and release agent;

Chemical fiber masterbatch, used as dispersant, such as polypropylene, polyester masterbatch, etc;

Leveling accelerators and anti-yellowing smoothing degassing agents for powder coatings;

Micro powder treatment, can be used in paint, ink;

Adhesive with anti-stick agent, release agent;

Lubricants for metal working and powder metallurgy;

Road asphalt and waterproof material modifier;

Melting point risers for petroleum products;

Silicon-free defoamer for industrial use.

The additive amount is 0.5 ~ 5%.
